1st: Doing this creates a dramatic loss of visibility. Especially if you drive in an area with poor lighting (country roads, etc) and even more if you have an improperly fitting car bra.
2nd: Disconnecting the headlights from being able to rise is illegal as you are not allowed to obstruct the headlights. It's also quite dangerous (see "1st").
Now that we've got that out of the way....
Remove lower dash panel by removing 3 screws.
Look to right of steering column.
Look for (usually) black connector that's about one inch with two wires.
Disconnect.
Test by turning on lights.
Test to be sure headlights still pop up by pushing manual button.
