Cams made by Nissan and JWT are ground on new Nissan cam blanks. Reground cams are simply used(or new) stock cams ground to give the desired longer durations and higher lift. Most cam grinders will tweak their cam grinds for you or grind you a custom cam.
JWT cams are very nice cams for a turbo car, but very expensive.
Don't bother using a cam intended for a non-turbo on a turbo car,
it won't produce the same results.
